Currently on day 6 (current ages 46, 41, 15, 11) of a planned 10 day cleanse. Good news is absolutely no adverse side effects on any of us. Unfortunately, we haven't really noticed ANY effects of the cleanse either. We may go 14 days if still no signs of any parasites. This is our first parasite cleanse, so I would have expected at least 1 of us to notice signs of passed parasites, but nothing. We eat sushi often and spend a lot of times outdoors. This product is all natural, I mean, 100% natural! The taste is tolerable. I actually like it. Reading other reviews, some are saying the smell is strong and it has a strong garlic taste. To me, it has a "woodsy" smell and I can't really describe the taste, except that I like it. I wouldn't use it in water or coffee (trust me, I like my coffee to taste like coffee)! I use it in anything orange flavored, like kool-aid or HI-C, and it's not bad in tea. I was hoping for some kind of change or reaction after the first day or two. But, it took a little over a week, 8 days actually, before I noticed anything new. It's probably different for each person, and you can experiment with it. You can take less at first and gradually move towards the full dosage. I'm breathing better, have more energy, and I'm going to the bathroom more, therefore, I've lost a few pounds, which is great for me! No, I haven't noticed that I have worms or any kind of parasite, but this product does more than just eliminate worms. It detoxifies you, especially your intestinal and digestive system. I see it as more of a probiotic. Your gut health is extremely important. Probiotics help balance out the good and the bad bacteria.

2/3/21 I am taking this in a a capsule to avoid having to taste how bitter this is. I am going the intense route and taking 30 drops 4x a day. I am dealing with a parasitic infestation due to eating undercooked fish in sushi and other foods and not addressing it sooner. I had liver flukes block my liver and gallbladder but was able to get many of those out through flushing my liver through Andreas Moritz liver flushing protocol. Because the flukes blocked my liver, they unfortunately created a habitable environment for other parasites to live in my digestive system. Somehow, the worms moved to other parts of my body. This happened I believe because I tried taking small doses of pure gum spirits. Because my liver is congested and that is causing my digestive system is not functioning properly, the worms couldn't properly leave and just traveled to different parts of my body. Anyway, I sometimes see multiple worms under my skin on my arms, torso, and legs. I see them specifically when I eat things that they do not like. I also can feel them moving in my digestive system. Like any natural cleanse, everyone's body will respond differently, but I tend to be really sensitive to everything and this was a minimally disruptive experience. There was a little bit of stomach upset here and there, but nothing worse than what I normally experience on a regular basis. I didn't have a flushing experience, and I also didn't experience constipation, but I did have to pee a lot from drinking so much water! My bowels have been more regular, and my gut overall feels less inflamed like my digestion has improved and my colon is more lubricated. I got my appetite back, my eczema has really started to clear up for the first time since my flare ups began in March 2020, and I feel mentally clearer overall. As far as seeing actual parasites… I'm not totally certain because I didn't sift through my poops lol, but there were potentially two that I saw. One floating in the bowl that looked like a clear thread, and one that looked like a grain of rice. Otherwise, nothing too exciting besides well-formed movements (finally!).

It certainly seems so.

Day 1 and 2 I took 2 pills and took zeolite 2 hours later each time (binder). Nothing happened except some farts.
The morning of day 3 I had a bowel movement but it didn't look special.
Day 3 I took 3 pills since the first two days went fine, and took zeolite 2-3 times.
Day 4 I took a pill and went out shopping. While shopping I had to emergency race to the bathroom. My bowel moved so badly that the toilet got clogged. Sorry to the people who work there. Yikes! But I still haven't noticed any worms.
Day 5 was uneventful
Day 6 it felt like a worm was crawling around in my ear suddenly during a zoom video call lol

Doctors are to stuck in the thought that here in the great USA we can’t get worms, well I would love to post the picture I sent them but it would make you cringe, plus this is one embarrassing declaration! Butttt it is what it is and now it isn’t!

Doing a parasite cleanse was something that I’ve looked into in the past, and somehow managed to get distracted from not doing one (and partly fear of what I might see).
So, I did some research and got this product on a whim after having extreme flatulence at night when laying down for bed for months that was really bad. The only other symptoms that I had was bloating really bad after meals and anxiety as well.
I kept a daily log of things that went on with me while doing this parasite cleanse. I’m 43 years old and have never done a parasite cleanse, ever. I chose the intense route: 1 pill 4 times a day for 30 days.
On the First day, I was peeing teeny LIVE worms. That’s when I knew I had to mentally prepare for what I was embarking on.
I had a nagging shoulder pain in the joint for about 5 months prior to taking this cleanse
At night, and day 2 it was GONE! This sent me down a rabbit hole as to why the pain “magically” disappeared on the Paraguard Cleanse. I will spare the details
Because it is pretty GROSS.
A thing to note is I became constipated so by day 4, so I purchased some fiber (Metamucil) that I took 3 times a day with water for the duration of the cleanse. In addition, I purchased some activated charcoal for “die off symptoms” that I took as needed for headaches. Poop regimens was gentle and normal (no diarrhea etc).
I was passing worms in my stool well into the day 20’s, so some of them were putting up a fight! Which made me think that I may have needed to do this cleanse a little longer. I decided to take a week off at the 30 day mark and will possibly start again for another 10 days.
Product is WELL WORTH IT! It served its purpose, it WORKS, and I will be doing the Paraguard cleanse every 6 months. I feel so much better!! Anxiety, Bloat, and flatulence is gone! The shoulder pain hasn’t returned as well!

Parasite cleanses are something i've known about and wanted to do for many years just never bit the bullet or did enough research. My coworker mentioned finding this product on TikTok and I knew I needed to give it a try.
I took this product as described. 1 tablet 4x daily. After the first few days I noticed improvement in my gut health and overall wellbeing. After about a week of taking this product I started getting extreme fatigue and brain fog. I assumed this was the die-off symptoms everyone was talking about. I cut back on the product to 3x daily and took active charcoal. I was out cold one day to the point I left work, took a nap, and rested the rest of the day. This was around day 10.

I have always had a crazy fast metabolism, and have nearly always been almost underweight. I've never done any sort of cleanse. It should be said, that you can have benign parasites, and the cleanse won't make a huge difference. I had to remind myself I don't need a personal microscope to do a smear while I do the cleanse, as I actually do know what to look for. The benign parasites do just live off of dead skin cells, and stuff that we don't even need, but you could also have a parasite that you don't want. Seriously, realizing I should do a cleanse, I ordered this right away.
Taste wise, it tastes like a strong herbal tea. It's easier to drink thank mugwort tea. I use the dropper in a shot glass to get my 30 drops, add a splash of water, and drink it. I add an extra 'shot' of water, mostly to rinse the taste. It's not horrible, but a gulp of water can get rid of it.
The first day or so, I didn't feel too out of it or anything. I have a whoop wristband to track my health, and so far for the first week, my temperature has been up by one degree. My normal temp is actually around 96.8-97, and having an actual temp of 99, means yeah, I don't really feel 100%, but it's not horrible. It's been only a week so far, I haven't had watery stools or anything, I've just made sure not to trust myself to only have gas. I haven't looked at the toilet even, I won't let myself. I've always been careful about what I eat, I do t even eat pork because it has a higher chance of having larva, unless you make sure it gets cooked to the right temperature. When I do, I'm paranoid about making sure. It's likely though that I picked something up when I was a kid, as I didn't have the best access to good food growing up.
So, I've been hungrier, even more than before, and considering how I tend to forget to eat, I've definitely noticed. I've actually gained 2 pounds in the span of a week. I've been able to eat whatever and never have to worry about my weight, but my own lab results do tend to be a bit low on stuff. So, I would say give it a try. I'm going to use it for the full month and keep an eye on my temp. Further data from my whoop, until day 7, I wasn't really getting good recovery. Make sure to stay hydrated and replace any electrolytes, and you should be alright. I keep forgetting to drink extra water, as I tend to drink a ton on my own, but I've definitely needed a bit more. The capsules might be better for those who work, I don't have to worry about being home to take it. I also already take meds 3x a day, so I just take it with them.
I have started a food/detox pill journal where I’m tracking the journey. The first day nothing happened, but by day 2 I saw some movement. I have continued to take my daily probiotic as well to add good bacteria as I’m taking out the bad stuff. I take my soft gels one at a time with sliced lemon and ground ginger in spring water and I drink more water during the day to aide the cleansing process.
I take 3 soft gels a day spread out between a couple of hours (morning, noon, and night). Eating pretty healthy during this 10 day cleanse and avoiding processed foods, alcohol, carbs, and sugar (outside of natural sugar found in fruit). Don’t want to feed any possible parasites.

Let me back up, though. I’ve been using this product since 2018, not consistently, but 1-2 times per year. The main reason I haven’t done the most intense dosage or length of time on this supplement is because I have always had tremendous diarrhea. It would be tolerable after the first few days, but too much anxiety traveling, walking to subways, being with clients, etc to do the several months back to back. With that said, this time, I told myself I would do 2-3 months, with the proper break in between rounds, mainly because I have a new rescue pup who came to me with all kinds of worms, and even prior, I wasn’t feeling my best.
To my surprise, I have had no diarrhea, but the constipation has been scary bad. I drink an insane amount of water, so at first, I didn’t even connect the dots to this cleanse. I mean, I have never had this reaction before. But once I realized the cause, I cut back the dose, and I actually found that was worse. I came back here to browse through reviews to see if anyone else had this reaction, and several people left poor reviews for the same exact issue. Had this been my first experience with this product, I definitely would have stopped it, but instead, I did a little digging into constipation caused by parasite cleanses. The constipation is actually caused by the die off of parasites, not because this product sucks or is disagreeing with me after all these years. And it makes sense that I might be dealing with worse or more parasites simply because of my rescue pup or living in a new city, etc. While I don’t suggest sticking out painful, scary constipation, I DO suggest either adjusting your dose (more or less) to see if you get better results and to add in miralax or zinc to give some extra support and movement to BMs.
Also want to mention, while others here have posted horror stories on what they’ve seen come out of them, I have never seen anything specific. I was so freaked out about that when I first used this product that I almost didn’t start it. I also don’t go digging around in my poop either, but I’m sure that might be helpful for some to know. What I can say is how much better I’ve felt after sticking out a full month in the past - elimination of sugar cravings and itchiness totally gone. I’m only about 2 weeks in this time, so too soon to update, but I wanted to add my two cents for those of you who come here upset or concerned about constipation too. It’s the only time I’ve had that SE in five years of use, but it makes sense now that I’ve done my research.
My only complaint about this product is for the dropper in the bottle. Specifically I think these two improvements will help a lot–
— Increase the amount of liquid that can be pulled up into the dropper. I found myself squeezing it twice to get the required amount of 30 drops.
— Instead of counting the drops that land on my tongue, and 30 is a lot, I'd prefer to see a marking on the dropper tube indicating the quantity that I need to pull for each dose. Sometimes the drop would land somewhere in your mouth where you won't feel it so you may end up taking more than the required amount. Pulling in the exact quantity in the dropper itself would be very helpful.
I saw nothing in my feses as evidence but my feeling improved tells me they are definitely being evacuated. Thanks to Paraguard capsule and after the 30 days I'm now on the drops which is not as potent as the gel capsules
Everyone should do parasite cleanses yearly. Pretty wild that other countries are taught to deworm once a year & for some reason that’s not taught in the US.. You have to do your own research to be healthy in todays age

I’m on day 15 and only around day 10 did I actually see something out of the ordinary after I went to the bathroom. Not sure if that’s normal but I feel like I would’ve seen something sooner but nonetheless I do have less cravings and haven’t had a candida episode in a while.
There’s only 90 soft gels so that gives you 22 and a half days to do this cleanse but to do it effectively you should do 30 days. This was definitely the more pocket friendly choice but I think I’ll get the liquid next time!
This particular product is very affordable compared to others that I’ve taken in the past and is just as effective. Mild stomach pain and initial bloating is normal. Give it time everyone will respond different as far as how much time to give the ingredients to kick in but stay consistent it works, it’s worth it, and avoids illnesses and aging overall.
Lastly, if you come here and are convinced to purchase this product but you drink alcohol and eat junk food, expect a delay in the progress. This product is meant to paralyze parasites so that your system can easily flush them out but junk food and especially alcohol feeds parasites. Days 1-5: mild to intense headache. TMI: I was on my period for part of this, and passed a suspicious, worm-like thing at the end of it - NOT a clot.
I've seen what looks to be candida passed in my pee and stool. I do not go digging to see anything. My skin/acne is looking much better and my digestion is better.
Is it killing parasites? I don't know. Most parasites are microscopic.

The main reason I ordered this was for the itchy booty hole situation. When I tell y’all it was at a point where I was scratching HARD with my nails and it was causing bleeding and everything! I’m like it has to be pinworms.

To see a difference you really need to be consistent and take it at the same time everyday! Just follow the instructions in the back for what more works for you. It only arrived yesterday and although I haven’t seen anything as far as parasites( I’m glad and hope I don’t!) surprised that I could breathe clearly without out post nasal drip, chronic clearing my throat and cough, normally can’t breathe well without my allergy medication because I have allergic asthma. I have a cough and mucous in my lungs year round which makes being active difficult. I have not taken my allergy pill today and even went outside for a walk and trying to cough to see if I’m imagining things but I really have nothing to cough up! My lungs are clear and feel incredible! Normally I have to take allergy pills every day and I do get some relief but not to this extent! I’ve read this isn’t safe to take daily long term for the liver so that’s disappointing but is nice to experience a true breath for now at least while I continue my research.

Well, a few days into the cleanse, I was doing some yard work and I got bitten my a spider.
(This was just 8 days ago.)
The bite was really bad, maybe the worst insect bite I've ever had, and I've had a lot of insect bites, since living in SC. Not sure what kind of spider it was, because I didn't see it, I felt the bite but didn't see what it was. But we have black widows and brown recluse around here so I was a little worried.
My leg started swelling bad, and the wound was looking pretty bad, it was oozing, turned bright red and the whole area was getting tough and hot to the touch. I thought I would have to go to the emergency room, but it was a Sunday night, and didn't want to go to the ER. I'm the kind of person that never goes to a doctor unless absolutely necessary.
So I did an Epsom salt bath soak instead, and then put on ParaGuard on the wound at night before I went to bed. I bandaged it with a nice coating of ParaGuard on there, and when I woke up in the morning I couldn't believe the difference. The swelling and redness went down dramatically.
I thought for sure I would have to see a doctor, but I've since applied it everyday, and the wound is pretty much healed after only a week. This stuff is amazing. There must be some synergistic effect of these oils. I've always been into natural medicine, and this is one of the best ones I've found yet. I think it should be a staple in a first aid kit. I can't wait to try it out for more illnesses/medical emergencies.
Update: Customer service reached out to me and was very accommodating so I am altering from one star to four. Good customer service is so rare these days, this significantly raises my opinion of them as a company.
According to WebMD, "Wormwood oil contains the chemical thujone, which excites the central nervous system. However, it can also cause seizures and other adverse effects." I'm wondering if that's what the answer is to treating depression like mine--exciting the nervous system. Maybe not to the point of seizures, but I know that ECT induces seizures and it is believed to be that the seizures causes differences in the brain, treating depression. Just something to think about.
