Alpha GPC is generally considered one of the "best" choline supplements but there are many reasons to supplement with choline and depending on what you need.
Too much choline can cause depression in those that are prone to that and I felt my mood dropping while I was trialing this medication so I decided to back off. If anything this probably makes it clear it's legitimate choline as Alpha-GPC in particular can cause this symptom.
If you're using this for cognitive issues and understand how and why to use choline and the fact that it has the chance to worsen your mood I'd say try this for sure. Choline can help with a lot of cognitive issues and may stave off things like cognitive decline.

I have not had any quality issues with what I have purchased, but with this type of product there is no immediate knowledge of the effects on your body. I do trust them to purchase more in the future.
My wife noticed my renewed mental clarity first, because she found it to be really annoying when I couldn't fully express what I wanted to, and was trying to say. me a little nervous and I had trouble sleeping. But the effectiveness was strong. My mind became
very sharp and alert, almost instantly. So I recommend it if you don't have a highly sensitive system.

I feel like I'm sleeping better, too. I fall right asleep, and stay asleep for the most part. No sleepiness in the morning, either. I love Toniiq products, and I trust the ingredients.
I have been taking this supplement for several weeks. A few reviews suggested that Alpha GPC caused headaches, but I have not had that symptom.
I've used powdered versions, but that gets problematic because Alpha-GPC tends to absorb moisture from the air (i.e. it's hygroscopic). As a result, the powder gets progressively more clumped and less useable. You have to use lower concentrations (around 50%) to reduce this effect, but it still happens. Capsules avoid that problem and allow me to make use of the higher concentration (99%).
On a separate note, the customer service team at Toniiq have been outstanding. I've tried both their Quercetin and now, Alpha GPC, and I've been completely impressed by both. From here on out, if I need a product and they happen to carry it, I'm buying from them.
I have to add that I prefer Citicoline (standardized form of a different Choline source, CDP-Choline). There are debates on which form of Choline is better, and CDP-Choline tends to come out a little better. I also take Choline more because I know how important it is than because it makes me feel anything - I suspect I have higher natural levels than some others. That makes it hard for me to actually say much about the effect of this particular supplement.

I love how the containers are uniform with flat tops. I have a stack of 4: Alpha GPC, Tribulus, Triphala, and Hyaluronic Acid on the countertop taking up way less space than my other supplements. These are all high quality products.
