   I was skeptical that an oral supplement with such common ingredients could possibly tighten my gums and strengthen my bite.
   
   But against all reason this works!
   
   One caveat: like most supplements, the effects are cumulative. Meaning it's the build-up of these minerals in your system that works, so you must take it consistently. If you slack of even a little, it'll be like starting all over again.

   I just received about a week ago and I think today was my 5th one. I have very sensitive teeth… I don’t want to pull a tooth or have it capped so I am trying to save it! As of the 2nd capsule I noticed my tooth not being so sensitive. I don’t have plaque or gum disease so I am not sure about that.
   I will update if any changes one way or the other! 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼
