    I have been pre-menopausal for about a year: mood swings, hot flashes, weight gain, all of it! Within about 3 days of taking these supplements my hot flashes have stopped completely. I take it in the morning on an empty stomach with my morning coffee. Also my energy levels have increased, I no longer want to go to bed at 4pm. I have the energy to workout after work, make dinner, and go to bed at a normal hour now like 9pm.

    I have only been taking these for a few days so I can’t comment yet on how well they are working - I’ll update this review later to include that - just want to point out that the capsules are a bit hard to swallow. I have never had a problem swallowing even large pills before so I don’t know if it’s the coating on the capsules, or if these are extra large, but they are a bit tough to get down and catch in my throat. Just something to keep in mind for those who have trouble with this.

My only complaint if I had one is it’s hard for me to swallow pills and these are medium size capsules which is fine for most people but I do prefer smaller capsules. I will continue to take them and update this review in a couple of months.

    Update month 3: I really wanted to love this product! Weight loss has completely stopped, even with eating healthy and exercise. Hot flashes came back with a vengeance! Always felt bloated.

    I've been taking these for 9 days, the first 4 days only taking 1 of each capsule. Started 2 of each capsule on the 5th day. I'm already down 8 lbs. The minor body/joint aches seem to have disappeared. Hot flashes have gone away. Seems to be working for me. I'm also still dealing with a family emergency that doesn't leave me much time to eat during the day while being on the run, but I seem to stay full from when I can eat something. Will keep going with what I have and maybe get a 2nd order.

    I just started having hot flashes plus other menopause symptoms and I am miserable. My cousin told me about these pills and I went ahead and ordered them and have been using for 5 days and I have seen a decrease in my hot flashes, their are fewer and not as bad when I do have them. I have a little journal to keep track. I’m not as hungry and have more energy too. My main reason for ordering was hot-flashes and I’m very happy. They are costly but I will spend the money and go without a restaurant dinner and be happy!!

    After suffering with bloating for years I was skeptical that these products would work. I did not see results the first week but by the second week I can say that I did and I continue to feel much better and have much less bloating. I even lost 4 pounds- probably in water weight, but I feel so much lighter. I can go to bed with my belly being about the same size as it was when I woke up- which is definitely a huge improvement as I used to be so bloated by the time I went to bed I looked 6 months pregnant. I recommend you buy and give it at least 2-3 weeks to work.

    I have been taking this product for a couple of months now. I had stopped for about a month and noticed that when I did, I would have more bloating issues. I have minimized my overall belly fat and I feel healthier because of that. I have read comments from others who said it didn't work, and I have to disagree. This product is not a stand a lone, it requires you to make some overall changes as well. I am pre-diabetic, perimenopausal, and have elevated cholesterol. For my health, I have reduced the amount of sugar I intake, watch my carb/protein intake and exercise 3-5 days a week. All of these contribute to the weight I have lost, and energy I have gained. Provalitize has been a key component to my digestive tract. When I first starting taking it, I too would have some gastrointestinal purges, but those normalized and am no longer purging. I don't feel as if my system is struggling to digest foods any more either. I have tried other probiotics, but found this one has noticeable results when the others did not.
