    I've tried numerous things for arthritis. The only other thing that helped this much was turmeric but I can't take it due to kidney stones. I take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening. That's 4 per day and last 45 days. That's a great value for the pain relief I get from it. I've placed 3 orders.

I've used it before in powder before but didn't like it because it was hard to manage and measure. Capsules are the best, 2 at night and 2 in the morning. Best price is here as well. Great quality.

    I just started taking this product and I already feel an energy boost. I take it because I take another supplement that lowers my potassium levels and makes me feel tired. This Moringa product works to replenish my potassium and give me energy! Love it.

    Update: I noticed the pills were causing me bad stomach pains. I opened the capsules and just emptied the powder into my morning green drink, stomach pains are gone. I think it may have been the type of capsules they use.
