   Stronger than just caffine or an energy drink of similar dosage. Pretty pricey if I wanna keep taking em. They're not too jittery but I am a stimulant fiend. They come on slow, effects noticeable after 30 minutes or so. 2 is quite stong, although they only last me maybe 3 or 4 hours. Gave my gf one, she was wildin for hours, so clearly the effects are dependent on the person. I regularly eat grams of caffine, no not milligrams, grams. With no problems whatsoever. My heart rate and blood pressure are barely effected by 2 grams of caffine. So if you're like me, and, caffine is barely noticeable, this is def a better alternative. Tbh, the dmae and other stimulants could 100% be more for the price but they're good enough. A weaker version of rapid action, stronger than stackers. Overall okay, def would try if I were you. Worst case scenario you don't like em. Best case scenario is you get more productive, can lift heavier weights, and can stay awake longer. I think that's worth trying for 10 bucks.

   I like this product to help get me moving in the morning. 1/2 a tab helps clear the "cob webs out" and helps me to think clearly with a boost. If I take a whole tab at once it makes me feel shaky. I rarely take another 1/2 late in the afternoon and only do so if i am dragging. It's great , just be careful with how much you take in.

   I suffer with symptoms from hypothyroidism. I've been on medication for years, and I regularly get bloodwork completed to make sure I'm "within normal range." However, I still experience extreme fatigue all day. I could nap everyday if I had the time. I've also been drinking at least a pot of coffee daily for 20 years to try to combat that fatigue. One pill gives me energy, not just wakefulness, from dawn until almost midnight. I have given up coffee and take half a pill so I have all day energy and can still go to sleep at bedtime. I don't know about weight loss, but I'm thrilled that I'm not a walking zombie anymore.

   I originally bought this when I got vape lung. I had a sort of chemical pneumonia and the antibiotics the doctors threw at me didn’t really do anything. And I remembered these pills from a long time ago and they were originally for asthma and later for dieting and/or a pick me up. Yes the formula has changed but all the ingredients are natural and legal. I looked them up and almost everything in it was recommended for my issues. I also went to see how much it would be to buy the ingredients separate and the total was over 70 dollars. Now I take them here in there instead of coffee because it stains my teeth. I don’t have the issue with getting super jittery and some of the ingredients are included in my fat burning pills. I am not a doctor and am not stating this will cure you. Go see a Doctor first if you have breathing issues!

   I’ve been taking these since I couldn’t take my adderall during my treatment and wow I can’t believe I’m saying this but honestly I prefer these over my adderall. I’ve noticed a huge boost of energy and stamina from taking these daily and I’m still able to sleep at night. Idk if this makes sense to anyone but me, but this kind of upper feels cleaner to me when I take it vs my meds. These are great. Definitely stocking up just in case

I only take half of one with a meal and an hour later you feel amazing & it slowly tapers off so you don't feel like crap later. I've taken caffeine pills daily for years & I can only take half a pill ( that tells you how strong they are) , I took a whole once and was nauseous & sweaty. They also curb cravings but that doesn't last as long

   Ive tried many nootropics/caffeine pills (as an over-the-counter alternative for treating my ADD), and these are definitely the best ones I’ve found. They give me a noticeable boost, but don't make me feel jittery/dizzy like most caffeine pills do. I also don't feel any comedown (like I usually do with my adderal). Very glad I gave them a shot!

   I already have plenty to say on this product after taking it for only the 2nd time. 1st day, I definitely noticed a positive upswing in my energy. Too much. I went to bed way late and even awoke before my alarm, which is extremely unusual for me, due to my regular fatigue. It did give me all day energy and clarity with no urge to nap.
   
   2nd day, I took a full tablet after waking. Based on my experience, DO NOT take this on an empty stomach. Within an hour, I felt extremely uncomfortable. I experienced confusion, extreme jitters, hot sweats and cold sweats, and violently throwing up. My skin was buzzing, even my teeth felt tingly and I have some acute stomach pain when I move my abdomen. Interestingly, my pupils were of normal size.
   
   Your own experience would of course vary depending on many personal factors like body weight and prior caffeine consumption, etc, but I definitely advise eating first and of course increased water intake.
   
   The pills are scored into fourths. For my 3rd day, I'll try just half a tablet after breakfast

   I needed a little pick me up for my days off in order to get house work done because coffee was not really cutting it for me. Let me tell you, these babies WORK!!! I took one around 10am and still had energy around 6pm, so my advice is take it as early as possible or you may have a harder time getting to sleep. Definitely does what they advertise they do!

   I love these. I have tried everything. Coffee/energy drinks make me jittery. Adderall gives me headaches and hangovers; I don’t even need it anymore. I feel great taking these pills. I take one when and I wake up and one around lunch time. I’m getting through the day MUCH easier and I’m happier doing it. No crashes. No hangovers. I’m not snacking. I’m getting so much work done. I did take 3 the first day; bad idea. I went insane with anxiety and was too hyper. If I have to work late I might take a half or quarter after the first two pills, but three is not for me. I’m sure with time I will build up some tolerance and take 3. Start slow and figure out your dosage!

   Let me start this off by saying, I love these pills, I’ve taken them off and on for about 8yrs now and I would go to work at a very physical job and still have enough energy to take a very intense effort bike ride for about an hour, however, they don’t sit with me as well since I’ve had my kids. I take 1/4 a pill and feel a little nausea, which is fine with me because it works as an appetite suppressant but if I take more I get a little jittery, can’t sit down, and I drink a lot (I mean A LOT of caffeine) on a normal day, but just 1/4 of these gives me a bigger buzz that a few energy drinks. The biggest drawback is that it can affect your sleep as well. I normally take 1/4-1/2 a pill around 7am and I sometimes can’t fall asleep for hours unless I’m super tired. Just be aware of what you mentally and physically can handle, not everyone should be taking these.

   1. This is a caffeine pill that does exactly what it's intended to do.
   2. They are strong so you should cut them into quarters and try a small amount to see what you can handle. Your getting your money's worth!
   3. Depending on you size these work great for a pick me up if you work allot of hours or want to curb your appetite.
   4. The pills come scored so you can cut them to your needs. Just go with a small amount and work your way up from there. I'm a 275lb guy and one pill is just enough for me and lasts hours.
   Really helps with 12 hour shifts!
   5. People, don't write bad reviews if you can't read the package and foolishly take three at one time. Then you will have a bad experience and put out false info....🤔

   This product does everything I was hoping for. It provides the right amount of energy to get things done without being too much. When I have to I can still sit or stand still. It keeps me from thinking about junk food during the times I'm normally in the habit of looking for chips. I bought them because I want to lose some weight and it feels like my full sugar energy drinks are not the way to go. Too soon to tell, but I feel the effects. Often with energy products I don't feel anything after years of relying on caffeine. I was drinking the energy drinks more for the taste. I owe it to myself to get back in shape and I'm happy I found this tool to get the job done.

After losing the fifty pounds I had as a goal, a whole tablet is too strong and makes me jittery. They also help to curb my appetite and made my weight loss journey easier to accomplish. Drinking coffee only does so much for me. When I tried this pill, I noticed my alertness was heightened. I noticed some energy as well. I was not irritable nor jittery. I felt pretty good, and my shifts now go much easier than they used to. Very happy with this. I take it ONLY when I need it. No side effects what so ever. Thank you.

   Mini thins were a great college pick me up. These have changed with some regulatory evolution - so to speak - but they are still a great way for a quick pick me up. Given that there are so many supplements on the market for energy today, and many of them more natural, I can't quite give this the five stars that I would have given their formula many years ago.
   
   That said, these do a pretty good job for an energy burst in a short period of time. They work quickly for me - usually within 10-15 minutes of taking one - but they don't last quite as long as some other supplements. I find myself winding back down (not crashing...) within an hour after taking one. And no, you should NOT take these every hour...follow the directions on the bottle for sure.
   
   Yes, they work. Yes, I appreciate some of the natural additions to this formula. However, I am not sure that this is something I would use again in the future given the number of products on the market that have worked well for me.

Again, energy drinks contain too many dubious ingredients. This Mini Thin | Two-Way Action Caffeine Pills was just what I was looking for. The pills are easy to take, and they do not irritate my stomach. I do not feel jittery at all. I do not have trouble falling asleep at night either. If I take these at about 2pm, I am good until bedtime. They also help me focus, and with working from home, I really need that benefit!

   These are like the mini thins you could buy at most convince stores when I was growing up. With out the "trucker speed" side effects. Basically, you get all the good with none of the heart racing / wigged out side effects. I do highly recommend reading the label for correct dosage and so on.
   
   I don't take these daily but when I have taken them I was still able to sleep at the end of my day without any problems. These didn't react badly to other daily prescription medication (thyroid). Nice boost for that sluggish point in you day.
   
   Price point is pretty reasonable since 1 bottle will probably last me months.

   I am using this product for mainly help with weigh loss/appetite suppression as well as getting through a demanding day at work as a line cook. They work well but should be used with caution and moderately. I started with half because they are so potent and can make you feel too amped/ nauseous. I definitely suggest drinking water and Gatorade or something similar with them for a few hours. The amount of stimulants it has can dehydrate you easily. But overall they are a good product of used correctly and not expensive!

   I made it through the day without feeling like I would drop over by 3:00. I was able to do all my work without going brain dead. I ate my meals, but I got full much quicker than normal. I use to take these years ago. I don't know why I ever stopped. I think I'll start taking them regularly again. They are a real pick me up.

Now I'm older and need the energy and with these pills the energy is there if only my body could cooperate. Lol. They do give you the boost if energy your looking for.

   I simply love mini thins. These pills are amazing. Taken as directed, you can loose the weight u want & you don't have to deny yourself the food you love. The mini thins allow you to eat all your favorite foods just not as much. Basically they help you curb your appetite. I feel like I walk away satisfied and fulfilled. With that being said I also feel like I have my energy and my metabolism back as well. All in all these are awesome amazing pills. I would recommend this to anybody that has had a problem losing weight with everything else that they've ever tried. I could keep going but you will never know truly until you try for yourself.
