Anyways, I digress lol. This stuff works. Is it a miracle? Meh… Is it something I will continue to take? Until I find something better, definitely yes.
People give false hope on these reviews, I’m not going to tell you that this will make your dreams come true, and that you will feel better than ever. However, it will definitely reduce the pain you feel, and it will settle your stomach when your are feeling like crap. This supplement alone simply isn’t enough to me…
Pair this, zinc carnosine, quercetin, and peppermint gum (my favorite is Orbit). That will mask the pain. For me that is about 50% of my 70-75% improvement. The remaining amount is from amitriptyline.
If you have FD it will take a lot of different options to reduce the pain. Now I will say this improvement is assuming I am living my typical day to day life without too many extenuating circumstances. Stress is certainly something that needs to be addressed as well. With stress your entire body presents an inflammatory response. So please take that into consideration.
I have spent countless hours researching, crying in pain, and bothering others with my symptoms. So many people try to bring false hope and tell you there really is a silver bullet. That simply isn’t how life works. Hope is a form of torture that we put ourselves through. Hope is operating under the assumption that everything is awful in the present moment. Hope is an intangible wrung you try to grab on to, in order to lift yourself out of misery.
When people write reviews on supplements like these. They write them at their highest moment, because for a brief moment their pain is reduced, or gone completely. So they feel this incessant need to share with others. What people often leave out, is the next day after they went too hard on trigger foods. Or when they decided to test their limits and went back into another episode of pain.
I just have to be real with you. I wish I had a reality check left in random places as I went through my research to realize the goal is to feel healthy. The goal is to reduce the pain as much as possible so you can at least enjoy some of the things you used to be able to enjoy. If you keep chasing the goal of being back to 100% you are setting yourself up for failure.
Be kind to yourself and your body. Life is so short, try to cut yourself some slack. It truly is exhausting to chase your perception of the way things should be.
