It smells amazing which is a sort of strange thing to say on a supplement. Most make my stomach curl, but this smells like fresh herbs and veggies!

    After 4 major surgeries within the past 4 years, 3 of them abdominal, I feared I would feel drained of energy every day starting early in the afternoon. I started taking this product 6 months ago and I now have plenty of energy all day. Some days after being on my feet all day I stop to think how I could never have thought of being this active ALL DAY. Initially, due to the surgeries I had, I experienced diarrhea for several days, then started taking the capsules after a small meal the problem cleared up within a couple days. As for the taste, I notice someone said it tastes like grass and weeds. Well, I don't believe you're supposed to smoke the product.

I order the subscription service to be accomplisshed @ 1 month intervals (IE 30 days) and I get 1st shipment the day I ordered it, today, Mar 11th. (That was very good), and subsequently received an email that stated I would receive my next shipment on APR 13 th. Am I supposed to skip 3 days in my schedule It works out to 3 days because Mar has 31 days. :-(( Other than that, Great product, feel much better 24/7 now.

    12-24-2021 I have had Cisplatin Chemo fatigue for five years, I recovered well but still have long term fatigue. Fatigue is different from exhaustion. With exhaustion you rest and recover, but with fatigue you are always drained no matter how much you rest, you simply don't have the strength to move without forcing yourself to. With fatigue you are always drained.

    I purchased PQQ about a year ago and took one capsule a day and had no results. I decided to try it again and purchased another bottle. This time I am taking two capsules a day along with CoQ10; I take one of each in the morning and one of each in the evening or twice a day. Nothing for the first two weeks but for the second two weeks I have noticeable some relief from fatigue. Not complete relief but enough that I notice it. Not a noticeable increase in energy but a noticeable lightening of the fatigue. I don't have that continual drained feeling and have started accomplished tasks around the house again. Any improvement is appreciated and I have had improvements from the fatigue.

    My husband saw the other similar vitamin advertised many times. He wanted me to buy them for him. I really did my research before ordering. Well I found that Pure Nature was the winner. I ordered this brand because not only better but you only take two versus 12 capsules! Plus this was $60 cheaper! Well he just told me after taking pure nature for about 3 1/2 weeks that he can really tell that he is feeling better and having a lot more energy. He really likes the fact he’s taking only 2 also.
    My husband is 63 and is a work alcoholic. He rarely sits. His day is normally 10 to 12 hrs. So give this brand a try before the brand that you see so much on tv. Just do the research too.

However, when I did my due diligence, comparing products and products reviews in the same market, with the same health claims, I found that KaraMD packs the maximum punch of vital, essential nutrients, it is priced far below B of N and other similar products. I've been taking KaraMD daily for about 6 weeks now, and I definitely feel better, sharper, with more energy. The pills are quite large, some might find them "tough to swallow", (lol) but I just pop one at a time with a swig of water and they go down fine.

But what I DIDNT EXPECT was that the nagging soreness and lower back pain that I usually wake up with WENT AWAY! At 53 I have more energy and am back in the gym, and I dont experience the soreness I used to. Maybe there is something to eating right!

    I take the 4 capsules at 10am on an empty stomach to maximize absorption. Never any stomach issues or weird burps. If you experience discomfort, just take with food. Do the pills smell or taste good...no. But it's worth it. Give it 2 weeks.

    First time ordering a product of this type and I did a lot of research first. Selected this one because it had much more "stuff" in its blend than competitors. Been taking for a couple of weeks now and seem to have more energy and focus. Will reorder.

    I have found that I am having regular bowel movements after taking these. I normally have a very hard time having regular bowel movements too.
