   I use this product every day. It has improved my digestion of fructose and sugar. It has also helped me with my IBS symptoms.

   EDIT: It seems the manufacturer has adjusted the mg per pill to be 160mg per 4 capsules for both the 90ct and 45ct bottles. According to them, the product has not changed; they are simply declaring “more conservatively”. The capsule itself has changed from an opaque to clear but the active ingredients have not changed.
   
   ORIGINAL REVIEW:
   Efficacy: 5 stars
   But the capsules in the 45ct bottle are not the same as the ones in the 90ct bottle. Why!?
   
   I’ve been using these for years - they work! I can’t live without them! I recently purchased the 90ct to stock up and was shocked to see they look different than the capsules in the 45ct bottle. Upon closer look at the packaging, there’s less enzyme per capsule in the 90ct than the 45ct.
   
   It’s not just a different quantity, it’s a different product.
   
   Sure enough, the Florenmolamarts listing shows it. Always had, but one wouldn’t think to check.

   My main complaints are that Fructaid is fairly expensive and not in very large quantities, and it’s frequently unavailable. It’s not sold in any US stores, only Florenmolamarts. The only other sellers are in Europe, so they have a longer shipping time.
   
   Fructaid does help me eat certain sugary foods without digestive problems, but it’s not a cure all. I still have to be careful not to consume too much of the wrong type of sugar, like a glass of orange juice or apple juice. If I take three of these capsules, I can eat an entire Cinnabon, though, which is a lot more than I used to be able to.

   I developed fructose intolerance in adulthood. I have to take two capsules for each meal, one capsule doesn’t work too well. It helps with gas and cramps. But it’s too pricey.

   I’ve struggled with fructose malabsorption for so many years. I had just “gotten used to” feeling poorly. I was doing some searches one night and came across this item and thought “why not give it a try?” I now try and take 1 pill about 5 minutes before every meal and I feel so much better! It’s really made a difference in my life. ☺️
