   I'm surprised this had so many bad reviews because I've used it and I think it's amazing I think people believe that there's a magic pill out there that's going to help them lose weight, any control your eating exercise have a little restraint this helps burn when you're actively exercising and controlling your calorie intake s I work in the health industry so I'm telling you right now it works people just think they can sit down and do nothing and expect this pill to burn their fat off it's ridiculous honestly I'm picky and this is a very good product so people can do it that what they will I wouldn't let these reviews like discourage you because I found like when I've tried stuff anyway it works pretty decent not always. You got to remember on the internet it takes all kinds I've seen a lot of dumb people leave bad reviews just because they were too stupid to know how stuff worked just saying take it with a grain of salt

   I almost decided against this product after reading the reviews but I decided it was worth the risk because I have difficulty loosing weight at all. I noticed that someone suggested coating the pill with cream cheese so I tried it. I've lost 5lbs in about 2 weeks despite the cream cheese (I usually sneak an extra spoonful lol). I workout everyday but I didn't loose weight until I started taking this. I love the energy it gives me too.

   I got my order and I've been taking these pills for about a week now and I can feel the energy levels up while at work and even after a long day still ready to workout. Will help to decrease meal Cravens and won't have your stomach hurting like some other brands might. Follow directions and you should be just fine and see the difference in a matter of days.

   So this month, I’m changing up my diet a little more and I’m going to start walking… we’ll see if I lose more!
   As of now, it seems to be working!
   I ALWAYS take it after eating… to protect my stomach!

This is a get to work pill, you need to want to put in the effort. Drink plenty of water and get to work even if its 5 mins a day.

   This product works! Whether it works for you depends on how you use it, or maybe you just need to try a different method. Every thing doesn't work for everybody. I noticed my best results beginning after having it in my system for about 10 days along with working out. I made the mistake of taking it on an empty stomach once and I felt like I was going to die. I just learned to make sure I take with food. I take it along with Apple Cider vinegar tablets and cinnamon tablets because I have been a sugarholic most of my life and the combination increases my metabolism and burns up resistant yeast which prevents me from losing weight. With a change of eating habits and working out only 2 to 3 times a week it is helping me tremendously. Also due to medical conditions including blood clots and occasional kidney challenges I have to be very selective about consuming dietary supplements, so you have to find what works for you.

   Just about a bit less than a month into it and so far it seems to be working. My appetite is down, my body feels warmer, my belly fat has been visibly reduced and I lost seven pounds without forcing myself to diet. Note that I am highly tolerant of hot peppers, so I didn’t experience gastric side effects. I developed tolerance to capsaicin eating homemade burritos once a week for a period of one year with progressively hotter sauces. Each pill is equivalent to 5-10 chili peppers.

   I am susceptible to heartburn. Though these pills are designed to make it past your stomach and into your lower gi, they seem to have a residual dusting on the caps themselves that may irritate as they go down. Eating some fats or a thick shake when taking this product helps...don’t lay down after taking one of these guys, or acid reflux is bound to happen...These are my first impressions, and any discomfort may subside once my system adjusts. Would recommend, just be aware that this is potent stuff. Second dose, i coated pill in cream cheese, and gulped it down...worked like a charm, and had no discomfort whatsoever.

   It will probably cause you intense gas/indigestion at first, but that's because the red pepper is so strong. I wanted to be discouraged by the other review I've read about Capsimax that said the same thing about it, and almost canned it all together, but I stuck to it and had to do something about the gas to help it. I recommend tea, that's what I did; right after taking it with food, I'd drink a glass of peppermint, spearmint, ginger, and/or chamomile, or I'd combine them all into one tea, or 2 into one tea. Spearmint is the best for gas. After about 3 weeks though, my body got used to it, and I don't experience the gas; only if one something sweet with it, then I do get it. Milk will cause gas too, even if it's almond milk. I am also taking only 1 pill per day instead of the 2 per day suggested, but I'm going to finish 1 bottle with 1 pill a day and then bump it up to 2. As hard to believe as it may be, I'm about 4 weeks in and I'm actually noticing my pants looser. I am hopeful for positive results with continued use. I recommend it for you to try, it's worth the shot; just watch out with the gas. The product is safe to take by the way, I researched about it and if you do too you will find a CDC .gov website that says exactly that, they breakdown and everything. Don't be afraid to try it. Hope this all helps.

   I've only taken it once, yesterday. I consider my stomach somewhat sensitive but I took an acid controller pill about 10 minutes before, and a spoonful of greek yogurt with the pill (also I had eaten not that long ago). I had no pain or indigestion or any other digestive issues so far! I will update my review in the near future with any results!
   Beginning weight: 152 Ibs. 5'5" 30 year old female.
