   I have ordered this product before and it's working very well for me I have lost 45 lbs and still loosing I am presently still taking one shot keto along with the keto diet. When I started it stated to take 2 a day which I did and then I order more and the bottle states to take 3 but it doesn't make you less hungry so I would take the 2 a day.

   First of all, if any of you believe that there exists some snake oil that will make you lose weight despite your frequent trips to McDonald's, you will be sorely disappointed (as many of you have apparently) You actually need to change your eating habits and get your butt to the gym or ride a bike....SOMETHING!
   
   I also don't understand the complaints of a bad taste. It's a pill. You swallow it with a bunch of water. If you have a bad taste, maybe it's the ketones. Ta-da! That means it's TRYING to work, but if you inhale cheesecake and pizza along with it, don't expect a miracle. There's no such thing.
   
   This supplement was intended to compliment a ketogenic diet. If you're having cravings, you're eating too many carbs. I am a 72 year old woman, and believe me when I say that it's a struggle at best to lose weight and keep it off. I've only been taking them for 3 days, and I'm down 5 lbs. But I've gone back to the ketogenic diet that has been proven to work. Like I said, the supplements are intended to compliment the diet.
   
   Later on, I'll be interested to know if they will keep me in ketosis if I have a plate of spaghetti. LOL The good news is that once you reach your normal weight, your body actually burns fuel more efficiently, so we'll see.
   
   I'll update this in a few weeks. Stay strong, kids! ;)
