So the only thing I can say is it works and yes it really really works.
The stomach cramps are horrendous. Be sure to plan in advance, taking these when you know you will have access to a toilet all day. Because once the stomach cramps hit, you have about 30-60 seconds to find a toilet or you risk going on yourself.
Passing the bm itself is also usually painful. Whenever I use this cleanse, I find myself sitting on the toilet questioning everything. Why would I put myself through this? Will it ever be over?
The good this about this product is that the pain doesn’t last. Once I get through the hard part, I feel so much better. I feel lighter, making the pain and suffering worth it.
All in all, I do recommend this product, but only if you are extremely impacted and you can’t relive yourself in any other way.

i got way to comfortable with this stuff… i decided to take two completely forgetting about that reviewer with the medieval torture review as i been taking these for about a month now without issue…. I took 2/day to focus on cleaning in 15days.
By day 2, I started feeling that “pain” in tummy but the pain and urge is very manageable to my surprise. You could probably manage until you are truly ready to be honest and it digest and some of what’s in your tummy. However I think the effect does not necessarily reach the stubborn residuals IIf I may say.
To be honest, I would have loved this pill to be more pf daily digestion rather than limited period cleansing because how it really helps removing the daily feels of bloating and keeps tumtums flatter.
I’m eager to read its details and want to amke the use of this pill to be a routine practice.

Okay, so I am someone that exercises daily, eats well 90% of the time and has 2-3 bowel movements DAILY every morning before leaving the house. Still, I had not done a colon cleanse in nine years (bad, I know). Wasn't even eating much the past week. I always drink one (1) gallon of water or more daily, so I'm good, right? NOPE.
Day 1: I took 2 pills with 27 oz, of water around 9:00 p.m., woke up the next morning feeling bloated and unable to go as I normally do. Got worried. Around noon (not normal FOR ME), I had had regular bm. I thought, well. These pills do not work. They just backed me up. ☝🏼 Wait. Went about my day, waiting for the rush, nothing. Later at 9:00 p.m., I took 2 MORE pills, as instructed, with lots of water.
Day 2: Started feeling AND hearing the rumbles, no bad cramps. Still no BM. YES THESE PILLS WORK. Give them time. I personally know some that went SIX DAYS waiting for relief. Take into consideration: The longer you go without a colon cleanse, your eating habits, TJE CRAP YOU EAT, lifestyle, etc., DETERMINE how long it takes to take effect. I would advise you to change your eating habits while on a cleanse, and hopefully permanently to sustain results. That does not have to mean a drastic change, but what it should mean is a cut back in all processed foods, fried foods, sugars, red meats, and a greater intake of vegetables and fruits (the easiest food for the body to digest.) Also, all supplements are unregulated which often and in this case means a dosage recommendation that is far too big than necessary. I would advise people to take ONE pill before sleep to avoid any stomach issues and to have an easier cleanse. If you start to have some abdominal twitching (which I did myself) or any other side effects after a few days, do not continue usage. This is your body letting you know that you do not need to continue. Listen to your body! Once you are done, I recommend staying on a proper diet, and if interested, cleansing other organs in the proper order which you can find online.

HELPFUL TIP: DRINK LOTS OF WATER
When I say lots, I drink roughly five 16.9fl oz bottles of water within two hours of taking a pill. If I don’t, it’s headaches and a rough road ahead. But if I drink enough water I experience very mild symptoms, if any at all, and it helps curve any kind of cramps, upset stomach, etc.

Day 1 was pretty rough, and by that I mean FREQUENT trips to the bathroom. Keep VERY hydrated to minimize what can be severe (period-like) cramping. The bottle suggests taking the pills with 8 Oz of water. I recommend doubling that. I also suggest starting this regimen on a night when you know you’ll be home the next day, because you’ll want to be near a toilet ALL DAY... The effects come in waves, and without much warning.
Day 2 was smooth sailing for me. It didn’t take long for my body to adjust. By the second day, I was having a regular bowel movement in the morning, and a light one in the afternoon.
I generally take a probiotic daily, but my usual one was discontinued and I haven’t been able to find anything that regulates me, so I’ve de iced to replace it with these senna pills. They haven’t done much for me in terms of weight loss, but after just a week, I have more energy and feel great, so I’m going to continue to take them. Highly recommend to anyone with constipation or irregular bowel habits!!

I took 2, went to bed and was able to eliminate in the morning and the afternoon. I took 2 again that night and went MANY times the next day. Fortunately for me I didn't have terrible cramps but I did hesitate to leave the house. It went pretty much like that for the whole bottle but I felt SO much better when it was done.
I stopped and waited to see if the pro-biotics would kick in and help with my situation. Well, here we are quite a way down the road and I had to take a natural laxative 3 times this week and remembered these so came back to order more. These can be used for a couple of days to fix a problem OR to do a full cleanse but either way I will make sure I always have a bottle of this on hand just in case.

Overall, I don’t feel so extremely tight and uncomfortable after meals anymore. Only thing I’m sad about is that it did not get rid of my bloating, which i was looking forward to the most.
I will update again, this time taking it at a different time of the day and making sure i get my water intake up.

I literally tried so many different treatments. I’ve done the laxative thing, not much help. I’ve tried the ballerina tea, no help at all. So I thought to try a colon cleanser.
After reading some of the reviews, I thought to give this a try. So hoping it would work! The way my body is set it with these laxative and cleansers, I’ll take it, and use the bathroom at least 2-3 times, just hoping that it was a blockage and now I would have regular routined bowel movements. But nope, that’s never my case.
And unfortunately, this is the same case with this colon cleanse. After reading the reviews, I decided to take 1 capsule at night, with 16 oz of water. By 6:30am I am woken up by the cramps. Nothing too crazy. I’ll use the bathroom throughout the morning and early afternoon and be good the rest of the day. Might have a surprise movement in the late even. After doing this for 2 weeks, I thought I had to be regulated now, I should be cleansed of whatever blockage there was. Nope!
Still experiencing the same problems. Yes, you will go to the bathroom, as if you have taken a laxative, but that’s it! Does it cleanse the colon? Not too sure.
I ended up deciding to give up meat, and it’s been about a month now. I use the bathroom regularly now and it’s not forced, it’s just natural. I had to change my diet to cure my digestive problems.

I was in so much pain..i wasn't ready for what came next! Whatever had me bloated came out. Not to be gross, but when they say corn does not digest this is true. I could not recall when I had corn..but it was clearly there big as day in the camole.
2nd day took 1 pill... No cramping but for sure my body said get your behind to bathroom NOW!
Whatever I ate was moving along.. I don't have normal BM's, 3rd day I took a break..
4th day back at it...the pills do what they are supposed to do. I am terrified to do 2 pills but I will keep them in my weight loss journey.

Cleanses before to jump start weight loss and this one has been my favorite. I usually take it before bed (9:30-10pm). I started taking one tablet for the first two days then I increased to two. It really gets the job done and I noticed that I had lost inches right away as my clothes were fitting so much better! Definitely going to purchase again and try other products by the same company.
Note: I took 1 pill to start with, and even that was very effective, I couldn't imagine what woulda happened if I took 2 the first night. Test it out on the lower dose before trying more, it is very potent.
Around 5am it was time to release the cracken! I barely made it out of bed, much less the toilet before I shakily pulled down my pants and let the liquid demon out. I had hardly eaten anything the day before due to trying to lose a few more pounds before my beach trip, but you would have thought I'd eaten a 5 course meal.
